At Club Kit Print Ltd., we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. We understand that sometimes issues may arise with your order. This Returns Policy outlines our guidelines and procedures regarding returns.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns and offer refunds only in cases where the product is faulty or damaged. We do not accept returns for any other reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect size, or design preferences.
If your item is not printed or embroidered yet, and you wish to cancel the order then this, in some cases, can be considered.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please follow these steps to initiate a return:

Contact Us: Notify us of the issue within 5 working days of receiving the product by sending an email to info@clubkitprint.co.uk with the subject line "Faulty/Damaged Item Return Request."

Provide Details: In your email, please provide the following information:
- Order number
- Description and photo of the fault or damage
- Your contact information

Assessment and Approval: We will review your request and may request additional information or evidence to assess the fault or damage.

Return Authorisation: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions for returning the item.

Return the Item: Return the faulty or damaged item to the address provided in the return authorisation within 14 days of receiving the authorisation.

Refund or Replacement: Upon receiving the returned item and verifying the fault or damage, we will process your refund or send a replacement, as per your preference.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges on any product that does not meet the above criteria or if we believe the request is not genuine.
